New Kingston Council website

In August 2025 Kingston Council launched its redesigned website to help improve how it communicates with residents. The new-look website is aimed at making services more accessible and user-friendly, as well as making it more cost-effective for the council to maintain.

It claims to have improved navigation, mobile responsiveness, and clearer pathways for users to report issues, apply for services, and access local news. See the redesigned Kingston Council website for yourself.

What’s different

You’ll notice the website has a fresh new look and feel. It also includes some extra features to help you find what you need, such has:

  • ‘quick links’ at the top of each service section.
  • improved search.
  • descriptions on menu items.
  • links to related services on menu pages.
  • links to partner services such as Connected Kingston.

Kingston Council has organised some sections a bit differently, but the information is the same as on the old website.

We have had a browse and put it through its paces and agree that it is clearer and easier to navigate.
